So far the worst that I have tasted is called Kway Chap. (if I remember it correctly)
The dish looks like a typical adobo dish, I saw some hardboiled eggs, pork slices, shitake mushrooms and tofu - which looks pretty much normal. Later on after my first 'subo', mabaho cya, then I realized the tofu used is the 'fermented' tofu again. The stinky tofu that they purposedly spoil and let it ferment by itself - a popular traditional Chinese dish. I've tried those before but just fried ones. Bkit naman ginawang adobo, bumaho yun buong dish?!
For the good ones, hmm I had tasted prawns cooked in a very unique way, beyond description. Also there are dishes cooked with pork floss which taste great. Too bad I wasnt able to capture them with my camera.
If you want cheap steamboat buffet in SG, go to Marina Bay. You can have them at 12SGD, with both the hotpot and teppanyaki style. There's also a specific stall where live crabs and prawns are included in the package.
One day, I'm going to build my own FOOD empire! That's a serious one. :)
